1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeakEvolve ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeakEvolve is an AI-powered English speaking coach provided by Trinits Technologies. The Service includes speech recording, AI-powered analysis of spoken English across multiple dimensions (pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and expressiveness), progress tracking, gamification features, and related tools.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person unless explicitly permitted for team/enterprise use.
• Trinits Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape AI models or analysis engines
• Upload malicious audio files or content
• Share your account credentials with others (team accounts are an exception)
• Use the Service to generate spam or abusive content

5. Voice Recordings & AI Processing

Voice recordings you submit are processed by AI models to generate speech analysis results. Recordings are stored securely for your access and improvement tracking. Trinits Technologies may use anonymized/aggregated data to improve AI models, but your personal recordings are never shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Subscription & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Trinits Technologies does not guarantee that AI analysis results are error-free. Analysis scores and feedback are recommendations, not professional language certifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinits Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
